Divorce and Family Law Mediation
Family law case management is required by our judicial district, and it is our role to move divorce cases along and report to the court that progress is being made. As a licensed mediator, firm founder Cynthia Bosco is trained to see both sides of every issue as a means of resolving family law issues in the best possible interest of everyone involved.  She strives to resolve matters when possible, but do not hesitate to stand up for the rights of their clients when unreasonable requests are made.

It is expensive to fight unnecessary battles in family law court. We believe many family law issues can be settled more effectively, and cheaper, out of court. We take a reasoned, and reasonable approach in helping clients see the big picture, and protect their family and assets from a divisive and costly courtroom battle.

Child Custody
Our family law attorneys will help you make adjustments to the standard Schedule A child custody agreement, with elections you and your ex-spouse agree to through family law mediation. We can help you get the court's blessing, so long as it is an arrangement made in good faith by both parties and it serves the best interests of your children. In our judicial district, divorcing couples are required to enter mediation, and if they have children under age 18, to also enter parenting classes. Children between the ages of 5 and 17 must take a course helping them deal with the divorce.

Adoption
Our family law attorneys help parents take the proper legal steps in growing their family through private adoption, and we counsel parents and stepparents in finalizing stepparent adoptions.

Child Support
We help clients obtain sufficient financial resources for their minor children, seeking a middle ground under the child support formula mandated by Florida State guidelines.
